W&F Detacheringen specializes in recruiting, selecting, and seconding Polish and other Eastern European temporary workers. The flex worker is central to this. We guide our flex workers in all aspects necessary to work in the Netherlands, from applying for a BSN number to registering with a general practitioner.

With nearly 20 years of experience, we know exactly what it takes to make a good match. Transparent communication and clear agreements are essential. This way, we can establish sustainable relationships for the long term.

We pay a lot of attention to the well-being of our flex workers. For example, we ensure decent accommodation and sufficient living space, as well as transportation to and from work. A flex worker is never alone and can always turn to one of our multilingual coordinators.
