Through LPC, over 10,000 people are employed and we welcome many international flex workers. For about 70% of these, we arrange for local accommodation. The aim is to provide a place for them to unwind after a day’s work.
With the objective being to keep the commute as short as possible between home and work for a healthy work-life balance. To ensure a pleasant and safe living environment, we have so-called welcome officers who maintain personal contact with all residents.
Housing is an important part of the onboarding process for our flex workers in the Netherlands. We consider it our duty to ensure that our people have a comfortable place to live.
We ensure that the locations meet privacy, hygiene, and safety standards. LPC self-manages SNF-certified accommodation locations throughout the country.
